Order processing

We offer solutions for electronic order processing.

Electronic order processing (Order-to-Cash process) comprises the receipt and creation of the order, the order confirmation to the customer, making up and delivering the order, including the production of the delivery note, and the issuing of the invoice and checking of the receipt of payment. Many persons from various departments and companies are involved in this process, and this produces a large amount of documents and data that must be processed, checked and archived.

Electronic order processing describes the automation of this process through suitable solutions and systems. This starts with the automatic capturing of incoming faxes, the importing of PDF orders from e-mail accounts, the calling up of EDI data and the scanning of orders on paper. Using intelligent recognition (OCR & Data Capturing) all the relevant data is subsequently read from the documents and checked automatically (e.g. customer master, item master, terms and conditions of delivery, etc.). An order is created automatically on the basis of the captured and checked data. Subsequently the vouchers are archived in accordance with the auditing requirements.

For electronic order processing in your company we can offer you OCR, Data Capturing and EDI solutions for the automatic processing, checking and posting of incoming orders, ERP integration into various systems such as SAP® ERP for the automatic creation of orders and ECM/DMS solutions for the archiving of documents and processes in conformity with auditing requirements. These solutions include, in addition to the required software, a complete service all the way from consulting to installation and configuration up to training, documentation and support, all from one source.
