Our support team will help you with any questions or problems with our products and solutions by telephone, by e-mail, by Webmeeting, and if required, also on site. We make use of a team of highly qualified staff who directly provide help and consultation via “First level Support”.
A maintenance and support contract gives in addition all the software releases of our products that appear in the course of the contractual period and at no extra charge. This means that you are always right up to date.
