Sattel Business Solutions partner ALOS implements RecSolution in the logistics sector
The integration partner ALOS AG is relying in its activities at the logistics company Murpf in Switzerland on the application RecSolution. RecSolution is responsible for the capturing and processing of all incoming paper documents and for their automated archiving in DocuWare.
RecSolution 1.4 to be released in June 2011
The new release of RecSolution includes numerous innovations and improvements:
- Support for secrypt digiseal Server 2 for the inspection and creation of digital signatures directly in RecSolution
- Support for file attachments for individual documents
- New user and rights management with support for roles, groups and users as well as the complete integration of LDAP / Active Directory
- Scheduled workflow steps and a module for absence planning added to the workflow module
- Optimised, automatic document rotation and additional options for document separation via text or file name added to image processing
- Expansion of the free-form recognition engine to increase the extraction rate

DocuWorld 2011 in Mallorca
As an Authorised DocuWare Partner, Sattel Business Solutions was also represented at this year's DocuWorld in Mallorca. In addition to numerous product innovations developed by DocuWare AG, such as Smart Connect and the new DocuWare release 5.1c, the trade fair offered an extensive event programme, which this year too included presentations of individual partners. This year, Sattel Business Solutions was again able to contribute to the programme with a presentation on "Automatic invoice processing on the example of the Renault Retail Group Deutschland GmbH", which attracted great interest from the numerous participants who attended.

Sattel Business Solutions partner applabs implements RecSolution in the tourism sector
The integration partner applabs is relying in its operations for the travel business Vtours on the application RecSolution. RecSolution is responsible for the capturing and processing of all incoming flight invoices and for their automatic archiving in DocuWare. Following a short start-up phase, the system now automatically processes several thousand flight invoices sent by E-mail every month. This makes the time-consuming manual collection of invoices part of the past.
