We analyse your existing processes and system landscape in a joint workshop, look for new solutions and potential ways of optimization, and draw up specifications and a concept while working together with you. Based on this, you then get a binding complete quotation for the required licenses, maintenance/support fees and services as the basis for your further planning and decision.
A project manager assists you within a project and agrees together with you the individual project steps and goals and then draws up a corresponding project plan. During the entire period of the project the project manager is your permanent contact person and helps you with questions or problems.
The technical implementation of the solution in your company is followed by the training of your staff to ensure optimal and reliable operation of the solution. In the subsequent test phase you then have the possibility to test the new solution and to discuss suggestions for improvement and any problems that arise directly with the project manager. Once everything is running to your satisfaction, then the acceptance of the system by you follows on the basis of successful system and user tests and on the basis of the documentation.
Our project manager will introduce your staff personally to our support section during the training phase, and who will assist you after the acceptance of the system. Your sales contact and your project manager will of course continue to be available to you as contact persons after the end of the project.
